For Gilimbaa, we developed recruited, testing and reported on the user experience of a national cultural website. 

We worked with Gilimbaa to develop the research instrument, recruited for three specific user groups in Cairns (East coast general community), Bamaga (remote Indigenous community) and Brisbane (educators). 

IM provided all equipment for testing including laptops, tablets and phones, internet connection. We arranged travel and incentive payments. After data collection was completed we delivered a final report to Gilimbaa for their design. 

Work also included being available to work with the end-client to answer and clarify questions. 

We ensured the remote community focus groups included a local liaison and user translator for the Torres Strait Islander community (in Bamaga)
